Our dedicated specialist team continues to provide high‑quality, compassionate palliative care, supported by expanded capacity at Neringah Hospital.
All referral pathways remain unchanged, ensuring there is no disruption for GPs, specialists, or hospital partners who need to refer patients for inpatient palliative care.
Community Palliative Care and Healthcare services
Temporarily relocated to HammondCare Pacific Centre
Community Palliative Care, Ambulatory, Bereavement, Pain, Telehealth and HCHC Allied Health services have moved to HammondCare Pacific Centre at 38 Pacific Highway in St Leonards.
The site has all the amenities experienced at Greenwich in newly refurbished rooms and in an accessible and convenient location.
Older Peoples' Mental Health

Older People's Mental Health (OPMH) services have relocated to HammondCare Riverglen at Macquarie Hospital. This purpose‑designed space and the same expert multidisciplinary team ensure continuity of care that supports both clinical needs and patient wellbeing.
