You can make a difference
As an independent Christian charity, we are committed to improving the quality of life for people in need through our aged and health services, no matter their race, faith, or circumstances.
Many seriously ill and older Australians have care needs that aren’t covered by Government funding. This is why the HammondCare Foundation is dedicated to raising vital funds to enhance and provide high quality care for those who others can’t or won’t.
By donating, you help ensure that people in need receive the care and support they deserve.

Regular Giving
Regular donations are the gifts that keep on giving to those in need. At HammondCare, we rely on the generosity of people to help us achieve our care goals, and provide vital support to those in the community who are most in need. You can ‘set and forget’ your regular donation, knowing that you’re making a difference.
In Memory Giving
Celebrate the life of a loved one in a meaningful and lasting way by giving a gift in their memory. 'In Memory' gifts help us to expand our care for others, undertake research and grow our services for those in need.
Many people choose to commemorate the life of a loved one by asking for a donation rather than flowers at the funeral service or memorial. Most funeral directors can assist with the collection of donations in lieu of flowers and we can supply envelopes specifically for this purpose.
Leave a Gift in Will
You can choose to leave a Gift in Will to HammondCare, as a way of supporting the essential work we do for those in need. By leaving a bequest to the HammondCare Foundation, your legacy will help us continue to champion improving the provision of quality care for older Australians for many generations.
If you’re considering leaving a Gift in Will, we would love to speak with you. We welcome the opportunity to get to know you and your unique story, and discuss the areas of our work you would like to support. Please call Nina Johnson from the Foundation Team on (02) 8280 8432 or send an email.

Major projects
Everyone deserves to live life safe and well, which is why we support the development of Australia’s best care homes.
Life engagement initiatives
Our programs help imbue a sense of purpose, connection and well-being in patients and residents receiving our care.
Palliative care innovation
Evidence-based quality care is made possible by innovations that support people with life-limiting illnesses.
Care accessibility
For people experiencing homelessness or isolated in regional/remote Australia, they need our help to access care.
Research and scholarships
We lift standards of health and aged care globally, thanks to a commitment to ongoing learning and collaboration.
