A helpful guide to assist you in making the right choice
The Commonwealth Home Support Programme covers at-home support for people needing a lower level of care than a Home Care Package. For people in insecure housing who need care or a permanent place to live, we can help find support.

We care for people far and wide
We are committed to providing home care services wherever people need support. Although we are the largest home care provider in the Sydney metro, we’re continually expanding our care services across Australia, including the ACT, Victoria, Queensland and rural NSW. To find your closest local office and get information on their services, use the location finder tool below.

How to get home care assistance
Apply for funding
Check your eligibility by calling My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or do an online check.
If you’re eligible for a Government subsidy, you’ll complete a face-to-face assessment organised by My Aged Care.
Meet our team
Once you’re approved, speak to a friendly, experienced member of our Support Team to discuss your care services.
You can also talk to us about private care if you need extra support on top of your subsidised care.
Use your services
We’ll design a care plan with you and agree on what support best suits your needs. When you’re happy with it and have funding, your care will start.
Should you need to update your services for any reason, we can help.
Do you need some help?
Know the costs involved from day one
It’s important to understand the fees and costs upfront, so you know exactly what to expect. Costs will vary depending on your unique needs and if you have Government subsidy approval. But don’t worry, we’ll tell you everything you need to know to make an informed choice.
You can find the latest cost information on the Home Care Costs page.
