Dr Srivalli Nagarajan is the Project Coordinator and the Research Fellow and Evaluation Coordinator for the Advance Project, an Australian Government funded National Palliative Care Project focused on initiating palliative care and advance care planning through training and resources for primary and aged care clinicians. Srivalli is also the research fellow responsible for the qualitative evaluation of the Quality End of Life Care Project, a HammondCare Foundation funded project focussed on improving palliative and end of life care for residents in aged care homes.

She has a doctoral degree in education and more than 20years of cross-disciplinary teaching and research experience.

Srivalli has managed/coordinated several research and education/training focused projects in primary care, allied health, education, ICT and business sectors. She is a very experienced qualitative researcher and has published over 40 peer-reviewed full research papers.

Srivalli has extensive project management experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders (industry, government and university sectors). She has managed various grants and funded projects that achieved successful outcomes, including: making direct contributions to policy development and refinements in allied health education and preparation of allied health students for work and positive evaluation outcomes for Australian general practices using the Advance Project approach to initiating advance care planning and palliative care needs assessment in primary care settings.
