Tailored Services from The Palliative Centre

No one’s situation is the same, that’s why we get to know you and your family, and create a personalised care plan based around your unique needs.

Palliative care is a comprehensive service for those diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, when relief from symptoms or pain management may be required.

Care tailored to the unique needs of you and your family

Our aim is to provide physical, spiritual and emotional comfort, skilled symptom control and good communication, as well as support for you and your family.
