Join our Consumer Advisory Body in 2024

In 2024 we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to establish a new Consumer Advisory Body to better understand your experience with our care.

What is a Consumer Advisory Body?

A Consumer Advisory Body will be established to enable residents and their representatives to provide feedback to the HammondCare Board about the quality of aged care and services provided by HammondCare.

The Consumer Advisory Body will meet every 3 months, on-site. This will be held after the Residential Representative meeting in February, May, August and November. The Residential Manager will facilitate these meetings and minutes will be taken.

Detailed feedback will be reported to the HammondCare Board for their consideration and response.

How can you get involved?

We would like representatives of all our resident groups to join the advisory body and encourage those of different backgrounds to attend to ensure we have a range of voices on behalf of all residents.

Membership to the Consumer Advisory Body is entirely voluntary.

We look forward to forming the Consumer Advisory Body next year. If you have any questions about the Consumer Advisory Body or to find out when your Residential Representative meetings and Consumer Advisory Body meetings will be held please contact your local Residential Manager.
