The support received for HammondCare Foundation’s Christmas Appeal enabled The Foundation to supply Christmas hampers to financially and socially at-risk HammondCare At Home clients. The result of a huge team effort, dedicated HammondCare staff packed and delivered the hampers, which went a long way to help some of our most vulnerable clients have a merrier Christmas! 

Madison, a HammondCare staff member who personally delivered hampers, shared, ‘These clients are some of the most vulnerable older people in the community, many of them do not have friends or family to support them, so Christmas can be a particularly difficult time. Like many Australians, they are struggling with the cost of living. They were consistently overwhelmed by the generosity of our Christmas Appeal donors. And there were so many smiles!’
