Introducing Caulfield

HammondCare Caulfield provides high quality residential care for older people, the frail aged, and those living with dementia. It comprises two care homes, including Caulfield Village and The Glens.

What is the difference between Caulfield Village and The Glens?

Caulfield Village
is a residential village that has been specially designed to provide best practice dementia care and complex care across six single-level cottages. Each cottage has been thoughtfully designed to make life easier and more enjoyable for people, and their families, living with dementia.

The Glens is located adjacent to Caulfield Village, and provides frail aged and complex care. It consists of two levels, Glen Eira (ground floor) and Glen Huntly (first floor).

Residents can also enjoy plenty of social and recreational opportunities at HammondCare Caulfield, with an on-site chapel, hair salon, library and village centre.
