Our history

From our beginnings providing homes to some of Australia’s most vulnerable people to specialising in aged, dementia and palliative care, HammondCare’s mission has always been improving quality of life for people in need.

We are an independent Christian charity with a commitment to providing quality dementia care, palliative care and research, as well as support to people who are financially disadvantaged or vulnerable.
