We believe in nurturing the whole person and that means extending our care beyond day- to-day homecare support. Our free volunteer and pastoral care services are designed to further enhance the care you already receive at home, helping maximise your life experience and enjoyment.

1. Volunteering

Our volunteers offer companionship and connection, providing an opportunity for you to share experiences of your choosing. We’ll match you with a suitable volunteer from your local area with similar interests – such as cooking, gardening, walks on the beach or shopping, to name a few options. They’ll also prioritise getting to know, and your personal history and current life circumstances.

2. Pastoral Care

HammondCare’s pastoral care service is another complimentary support that clients can benefit from. Our pastoral care team members nurture the spiritual and emotional needs of clients, their families and loved ones –wherever they are on life’s journey.
