World-class expertise and compassionate care

What makes our palliative and supportive care services different?

Care tailored to the unique needs of patients and families

No two situations are the same. That’s why we get to know patients and their families and create a personalised care plan based on their unique needs. This care plan will identify every aspect of the patient’s care to improve their daily physical and emotional comfort.

How do I make a referral?

  • phone number
  • provider number.

If the referral is from a specialist, the patient’s GP details should also be included with the referral. All referrals must be legally valid as outlined in the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS).

Please address your letter of referral to our team. The referral must be received and dated before treatment can start.
