Older Persons' Mental Health
Comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services for older people to improve quality of life
What are the programs we offer?
HammondCare offers a comprehensive inpatient and outpatient program for older people with mental health problems, including dementia with severe behavioural disturbances or other mental health issues.
The service aims to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and management of each patient, with a view to appropriate placement back into the community. Support for carers and community followup is an important aspect of the service.
