HammondCare’s pastoral care services is a complimentary support that not only clients benefit from – their family members and loved ones can access this free service too. Our pastoral care team members nurture the spiritual and emotional needs of the people we care for, wherever they may be on life’s journey.

Pastoral care is an integral part of our holistic, relationship-based approach to care. We embrace each person’s own unique story, supporting people of all faith equally with those of no faith.

You may be experiencing personal challenges, stresses or lifestyle changes that you prefer not to share with loved ones, or you may be feeling isolated. We’re here to listen, hold and support you, and help you reconnect in ways that are meaningful and unique for you.
