As a HammondCare At Home client, you'll enjoy visits from a carer that is personally matched with you to meet your home care needs and interests. 24/7 phone support is also available to clients and their primary carer.

A Government-subsidised Home Care Package offers support ranging from domestic assistance to clinical services, all with the goal of making living at home as easy and comfortable as possible. Packages available for;
