Older Person's Mental Health
A comprehensive inpatient and outpatient program for older people with mental health problems, including dementia with severe behavioural disturbances or other mental health issues.
The aims of the service are to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and management of each patient with a view to appropriate placement back into the community. Support for carers and community follow-up is an important aspect of the service.
