HammondCare provides a comprehensive range of aged and dementia care services through HammondAtHome, Residential Aged Care services and The Dementia Centre.
Palliative Care
A comprehensive service for those diagnosed with a life threatening illness when relief from symptoms or pain management may be required.
Rehabilitation
Inpatient and outpatient programs for patients experiencing a wide range of disabilities that include those following stroke, joint replacement, lower limb amputation or fractures.
Older Person's Mental Health
Inpatient and outpatient programs for older patients with mental health problems including dementia with severe behavioural disturbances or other mental health issues.
Younger Onset Dementia
Permanent and respite care specifically for the younger person (under 65) with dementia.
Pain Management
The Pain Clinic at Greenwich Hospital in Sydney provides treatment for people with chronic non-cancer pain and cancer survivors with chronic pain.
Carer Support
Practical and spiritual Christian care for clients and their carers. The emotional needs of families, staff and volunteers is supported through our Pastoral Care program.
