It can be difficult when your family member moves into residential care. Our care team is here to help and you can take comfort that every team member is aligned to our Mission and Mission in Action. They get to know your family member and provide specialised compassionate care that flexes and adapts to your loved one's needs. 

You know your family member better than anyone, so it’s important that you are part of the care team too.  

We want you to tell us about their life story, history, likes and dislikes. And if you notice any changes in them while you’re visiting, we want to know. By talking to us and sharing in their care we can enrich their life and personalise their care.

The resources in this program will help you become part of the care team and help be part of your family member’s care.
