HammondCare’s Bereavement Support Services offer free counselling and group support to individuals, couples, and families in the South West Sydney and Northern Sydney Local Health Districts.
Whether you’re navigating intense emotions, seeking guidance on how to support children through grief, or simply need someone to talk to, HammondCare’s trained bereavement counsellors are here to help. Services are available face-to-face, via phone, or online, with interpreter support for non-English speakers. Group sessions are also offered for those who find comfort in connecting with others experiencing similar loss.
