Q & A Contractor Registration Process
Who needs to register?
All contractors providing a service to HammondCare are required to register. As part of the registration process contractors will need to upload required compliance documents on LogIT prior to becoming an approved contractor.
How do I register?
To register, visit this webpage: http://hammondcare.logit.org.au/Security/SignIn
Select contractor registration tab and fully complete.
What documents should I prepare to upload at time of registration?
You will be required to upload the following documents: -
- Business Details
- Insurances Policies: Workers Comp and Public Liability
- SWMS – Safe Work Method Statements for tasks being undertaken
- CRC – Criminal record checks for each technician attending site. (Need to not have no disclosable outcomes), if there are any disclosable outcomes, Logit Support will forward to HC Peoples Services for review, and either approve or not approve. A Criminal Record check needs to be similar to the following: https://www.police.nsw.gov.au/online_services/criminal_history_check/criminal_history/lodge_application_for_national_police_check
