HammondCare Foundation's Annual Golf Day will take place on 29 October 2020, following the successful 2019 Annual Golf Day which raised over $86,000 towards HammondCare Darlinghurst. This project will play a vital role in supporting the elderly in inner-Sydney who are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness.
