What is the Partnering in Care Program?

The Partnering in Care Program is a special education program for residential care home visitors during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The program is designed to help visitors to continue their care home visits in a way that manages risk in an intelligent and measured way in each home. Available to all HammondCare resident’s loved ones, the program helps to inform and educate people on topics that can help to minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission during the pandemic.

An online program and face-to-face education sessions are accessible through this program.

*Please note: there is a visitor criteria process in place for residential care home visitors during visitor restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is to ensure that risk is appropriately managed in each individual care home, particularly in the event of a care home being closed to visitors.
