HammondCare is made up of four main areas, these include hospitals, residential care, home and community care, and corporate. There are lots of opportunities to join a leading charity and begin your career in aged care. 

Sub-acute Hospitals

HammondCare currently has 3 sub-acute public hospitals which are Greenwich hospital (North Sydney), Neringah hospital (Wahroonga) and Braeside Hospital (Fairfield). Across the hospitals, our services include older person's mental health, rehabilitation, supportive and palliative care services, community care and pastoral care services.

Residential Aged Care Facilities

HammondCare provides a range of residential aged care facilities, including low and high care facilities as well as dementia-specific facilities. In each facility, we employ Registered Nurses and care staff and in the dementia-specific facilities, our care staff are multi-skilled and are involved in cooking, cleaning and life engagement activities, as well as providing personal care for residents.

At Home/Community Services

HammondCare offers a huge range of services to assist older people and people with dementia and their carers to remain at home. We employ both Registered Nurses and care workers in this growing area of our business. Care workers do not require a relevant certificate to apply for a role as full training is provided.

St Leonards Office

HammondCare’s office in St Leonards, Sydney and is home for our Executive Team as well as for many of our ‘Enabling Portfolio’ staff, such as Finance, Business Services, People Services, Marketing and Communications, ICT, Legal Counsel and Facilities Management.
