Dr Stephen Judd has more than 25 years’ experience in the health care and information technology industries and has been Chief Executive of HammondCare since 1995. When he began, HammondCare served fewer than 250 clients and had an annual revenue of $8 million. Today, it provides care to more than 25,000 people, and FY19 revenue was $303 million.

Stephen contributes to sustainable aged care policy development and best practice. He is currently a member of the Aged Care Sector Committee, and the Advisory Council to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.

He has written and contributed to books on dementia care, aged care design and the role of charities. Stephen is actively involved in Government councils, committees, peak industry bodies and research partnerships.
