Annual Review 20182018 Annual Report

Highlights included the Dementia Centre's International Dementia Conference, new home care services locations and a further $2.5m pledged to support those at risk of homelessness with the development of HammondCare Darlinghurst.

AR 20172017 Annual Report

Highlights in 2016/2017 included the opening of our Wahroonga care home, Strathearn in Scone becoming part of HammondCare, the home care market deregulation, continued leadership of Dementia Support Australia (DSA) and the development approval of HammondCare Darlinghurst.

AR 2016 v22016 Annual Report

Highlights in 2015/2016 included establishing the National SBRT, the announcement of a new aged care home for the homeless, the 20th International Dementia Conference, completion of our independent living units in Miranda, and our pain services extending their reach.

Highlights in 2014/2015 included HammondCare music engagement program, the HammondCare DBMAS service, expansion into Victoria, refurbishment of Greenwich Hospital and the beginnings of our Palliative Care Home Support Program.
