HammondCare At Home opens new offices in Brisbane
:HammondCare will open its first office in Brisbane in response to demand for specialised at-home-care for people living with dementia.

David Martin, General Manager of HammondCare at Home, said the new office, located at Chermside would provide a base for the team of nurses and trained care workers to deliver the type of service HammondCare was renowned for.
"HammondCare provides care for people with dementia that allows them to stay at home much longer than they have in the past,” he said.
“Our approach to care is unique in Australia and has been developed through more than 20 years working in this field.
“We are delighted that we have experienced dementia nurse, Cheree Ambrose, to lead the team. She brings more than 25 years of nursing experience to her role as Head of Region, HammondCare at Home, Brisbane.”
