Greenwich Hospital
Greenwich Hospital is a public hospital providing rehabilitation, supportive and palliative care, older persons' mental health, pain management, community care and pastoral care services.
Rehabilitation
Comprehensive inpatient, day hospital and home-based rehabilitation services for patients who are experiencing a wide range of disabilities including those following stroke, joint replacement, lower limb amputation or fractures.
Palliative Care
A comprehensive service for those diagnosed with a life threatening illness when relief from symptoms or pain management may be required. We aim to provide comprehensive support for the person, their family and other carers, support which embraces physical, psychological and spiritual needs.
Older Persons' Mental Health
A comprehensive inpatient and outpatient program for patients with mental health issues including those living with dementia and those with challenging behaviours as a result of their dementia.
Pain Management Program
The Pain Clinic at Greenwich Hospital in Sydney provides treatment for people with chronic non-cancer pain and cancer survivors with chronic pain. The Clinic is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of health professionals providing careful assessment and appropriate treatment tailored to individual circumstances.

Driver Assessment and Training Service
The Driver Assessment and Training Service aims to enable people affected by disability, illness or injury to drive safely and legally. It provides assessment, rehabilitation and training programs and can recommend equipment and car modifications.

Community Options
Case management service for the frail aged, people with disabilities and their carers. The program links you to community services if required and ensures you are able to remain living at home independently.
ComPacks
Short term case management service organised before leaving hospital by your social worker or discharge planner. Six weeks of valuable in home support and community linkages can be organised.
Flexible In-home respite
A respite service for carers of people who are frail aged or have dementia, providing opportunities to have time away from your caring commitments.
Tom O'Neill Day Centre
Provides a variety of activities and outings in a friendly and caring environment for people with dementia to encourage social interaction and support carers. Also provide a Saturday program for younger people with dementia.
The Greenwich Club
Provides a variety of activities and outings in a friendly and caring environment for the frail aged to encourage social interaction.
Woonona Cottage
Provides short-term respite including overnight stays (from Wednesday to Sunday nights only under current funding). Woonona Cottage is a home-like environment in a community setting offering respite for frail aged Australians, people with dementia and those with challenging behaviours.
Counselling and Advocacy
Provides one-on-one counselling and advocacy support to carers living in the Northern Sydney region.
