Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) is a program that provides you with nursing home level care at home if you need more assistance than a Community Aged Care Package can provide. EACH packages are also individually planned and coordinated for you.

If you or someone you care for needs assistance because of behavioural problems associated with dementia, including periods of changes in behaviour, the EACH Dementia program can provide high-level care through an individually tailored package.

Dementia Respite for Carers Service

A respite service for carers of people with dementia with challenging behaviours, providing opportunities to have time away from their caring commitments.

Working Carers Respite Service

Provides carers of frail aged and older people with dementia and those with challenging behaviours with a respite service to allow them to remain employed or to return to the workforce.

WCRS Central Coast (1915 KB)

Transitional Care Package (TRANSPAC)

Provides short-term support to people with dementia who are currently in hospital, are eligible for discharge, and have a strong desire to return home rather than enter residential care.

Respite Cottage

Provides short-term respite including overnight stays (from Monday to Thursday nights only under current funding). The Jean Marion Cottage is a home-like environment in a community setting offering respite for frail aged Australians, people with dementia and those with challenging behaviours.
