We have an excellent opportunity for a passionate RN Grad to join our organisation undertaking a comprehensive 12 month graduate training program to establish your career within aged care.
About the Program
The HammondCare 12 month Aged Care Graduate Program will provide you with the opportunity to start your nursing career in March 2018. The program consists of 3 rotations with placements in our health and hospitals business, At Home Services and dementia-specific Residential Services.
Graduates will be able to select a program based in either our northern NSW or southern NSW service area. HammondCare also provides a comprehensive training program, a Registered Nurse Clinical Coach in each rotation to guide and support your development, as well as a non-clinical mentor.
