Graduate Programs

Graduate Registered Nurses Program

HammondCare offers a choice of two 12 month rotational graduate programs for newly qualified Registered Nurses, one in our aged care business and one in our health and hospitals business.

Each year, we offer two intakes, in March and September. Applications generally open in June each year, for a start date in the following year. The aged care program consists of 4 rotations: 1 in our health and hospitals business, 1 in our At Home Services, 1 in our dementia-specific Residential Services and then the graduate can choose, for their 4th rotation, whether to return to At Home or Residential Services. he health and hospitals program also consists of 4 rotations: 2 in Palliative Care (across 2 of our hospitals), 1 in Older Persons Mental Health and 1 in Rehabilitation.

Graduate Accounting Program

HammondCare also offers a 24-month rotational graduate accounting program for those who have recently graduated from an accounting, business, commerce, economics or finance degree.
